DATES: 6/26, 7/31, 8/28, 9/25 (weather dependent).

  • Expert lesson with Farmer Jen in the flower field in the early evening hours.

  • Learn how to harvest, trim, strip leaves and assemble amazing flower displays.

  • Take home 3 field cut bouquets; personally hand-harvested and arranged by you!

  • Supplies provided – snips, containers and rubberbands.

  • Average timeframe 1.5-hour intensive mini course.

  • Small course size; 12 people maximum for optimal personal experience.

  • Organically grown, chemical free fields! Enjoy fresh air and experience nature.

TICKETS $60/PERSON

Can I split my ticket and flowers with a friend? No. This course is designed for individuals and one-on-one instruction.

Gather your girlfriends and hang out at the farm for our new Bouquet Nights series! Our farm staff will assemble a beautiful “Bouquet Bar” consisting of a combination of zinnias, snapdragons, celosia, sunflowers and more. Relax in our outdoor event tent surrounded by colorful flower fields. Bring your own cocktails and snacks and enjoy building your bouquet just the way you like it.

FesTomato! is an annual event hosted by NOFA-NJ to highlight and promote NJ’s favorite summer vegetable (or fruit?) and the amazing farms and farmers that grow them. FREE TO ENTER and open to the public, FesTomato! is fun for the whole family, with tomato tastings, culinary demonstrations, live music, food & drink stations, local vendors, farm games and more.

This will be our 3rd time hosting with the good folks at NOFA-NJ. If you love Jersey tomatoes, this is a can’t miss event!

Now in our 9th Year! Join us at the farm for our annual Fall Arts & Crafts Festival, featuring over 30 different local crafters of hand spun pottery, soaps, candles, mosaics, leather, hand made jewelry and more. Enjoy LIVE music, artist demonstrations, food, drinks and face painting for the kids, all while shopping for unique items and gifts from some of the most talented makers in South Jersey.
