• TOMATOES - red ripe “Jersey’s”, orange heirlooms and super sweet cherry types.

• TOMATILLOS - try a salsa verde.

• PEPPERS - orange, red, purple and green bells. Lots of color, full of flavor! Jalapeños and Anchos too.

• ONIONS - red and yellow.

• EGGPLANT - classic and round Italian heirlooms.

• SCALLIONS.

• CUCUMBERS. Make pickles!

• ZUCCHINI - green and golds.

• Spaghetti Squash (personal sized).
